Pornstar Martini

42Below Vodka, Vanilla, Passion Fruit Liqueur, Passion Fruit Juice, Lime Juice

Douglas Ankrah created this elixir and first called it the Maverick Martini after a shady club in Capetown, South Africa. He then renamed the Pornstar Martini to express the passion he put into creating this drink. Now we don’t serve Bolli but you do get a shot of prosecco with this.

Expresso Martini

42Below Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, Arabica Coffee

It is thought that this cocktail was created by Dick Bradsell in 1983 at the Brasserie Soho / London when a woman asked for something that would “wake me up, and then f*** me up”. Just imagine the New York skyline and then ‘Wake up!’ your actually in the Cavern.

Banana Mama

Dark rum , with added shots of Coconut, Banana & Coffee liqueurs mixed with exotic fruit juices topped with a splash of grenadine

WARNING! it’s highly addictive, drink at your own peril you won’t see your shoes at the end of the night. Organise a taxi in advance to pick you up off the floor. Look at this image and think less murky banana colour and more yellow.

Margarita

A Mexican classic. Tequila, Triple sec , special lime mix and a splash of Blue Curacao.

Not for the squeamish and there is no poolside to drink it from, unless you count the kitchen sink as one.

English Garden Lychee Martini

Deliciously floral, yet complex and strong, this cocktail layers the irresistible sweetness of lychee with organic english elderflower vodka, and a signature blend of dry Italian vermouths.

If you can detect the floral notes then you’re a connoisseur, but if you can’t, then you’re obviously having a good time.

Tequila Sunrise

Tequila, triple sec, fresh orange juice, grenadine. Garnished with a slice of orange.

“What’s the difference between a tequila sunrise and a tequila sunset?”…Well one rises in the east and the other sets in the west.
